We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving the notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute within that period, either party may pursue available remedies in the courts identified above. Nothing in this section limits either party’s ability to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent harm.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for operational reasons. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end immediately.
